Operion documents every incident decision as it happens, producing FEMA Public Assistance records automatically. Force account labour, equipment hours, contracts, damage sites and category assignments are captured during the response rather than reconstructed weeks later, so the reimbursement package is assembled from the operational record instead of from memory.
What is NERIS reporting software?
NERIS reporting software submits fire and emergency incident data to the National Emergency Response Information System, the USFA data standard that succeeds NFIRS. Operion generates NERIS submissions from the incident record officers already complete, so reporting is a product of the log rather than a separate data-entry task.
What industries does Operion serve?
Operion serves critical infrastructure operators. Fire and emergency services and federal field operations run on the platform today, utilities is in development, and the same operational core extends to ports and marine, oil and gas, and mining.
