Elarchon Inc. is an independent company with one product. Operion is the operational system of record for organisations whose work has to be both performed and defended.

Operion exists so the people holding critical infrastructure together spend their hours on the operation, and not on reconstructing it afterward.

Elarchon Inc. is a standalone company. It is not a division, a rebrand, or a services firm with a software side. It builds and operates one product, Operion, and its customers are critical infrastructure operators.
Operion runs in production today for fire and emergency services and for federal and field operations. Utilities is in development. Ports and marine, oil and gas, and mining are on the roadmap, served by the same operational core rather than by separate products.
We say which of those is live and which is not, on every page of this site, because a buyer in this market has been promised vapour before and can tell the difference.
Four positions that decide most of the arguments internally.
If capturing a fact costs more attention than the fact is worth in the moment, it will not be captured accurately — it will be captured later, approximately. Every design decision in Operion starts from that constraint rather than fighting it.
A flat list of everything a platform can do reads as vapour in this market, and rightly so. Operion is one thing — the operational record — and the modules are what that one thing implies. Anything that cannot be justified from the thesis does not get built.
Not the demo. The night the network is gone, the incident is running long, and the person entering the record has been awake for nineteen hours. A system that only works on a good day is not an operations system.
Status is stated on the page: live, in development, or roadmap. No named customers, no invented statistics, and no product screenshots standing in for a product. It costs us some marketing gloss and buys back the only thing that matters at procurement.
