Dawn light spreading across an unbroken layer of cloud, seen from above.

Request a demonstration

See it against your own operation.

Not a scripted tour, and no booking funnel. Email us with what you run and what has to be documented afterward, and we will walk Operion through a scenario you recognise.

How it goes

About forty-five minutes, and you should leave able to tell whether this is worth a second conversation.

01

You describe the operation

What you run, how many people and assets, what your reporting obligations actually are, and where the documentation currently hurts most. Most of this can go in the first email, and it does the most work of anything in the process.

02

We walk your scenario through the record

Take one of your own incidents or shifts. We follow it from the first assignment through to the report and the cost file, and show where each fact is captured and what it feeds.

If something you need is not there, that is the point at which we say so.

03

You get a straight answer on fit

Whether Operion covers what you need today, whether it is in development, or whether you are better served elsewhere. Including what it would take to run a pilot, and what it would cost.

Worth bringing

None of this is required, but the call is much better with it.

Get in touch

No booking form and no funnel. Send an email and you will get a person, usually the same day.

Caleb Amador, Co-Founder. Write in whatever detail suits you — a sentence is enough to start.

If you want the first reply to be useful rather than a scheduling round-trip, include:

  • What you run, and roughly how many people and assets.
  • What you are obliged to report — NERIS, FEMA Public Assistance, internal audit, grant conditions.
  • Where the documentation currently hurts most.
  • A couple of times that work for a call.
